Functional Capacity Assessments
Comprehensive evaluation of an individual's functional abilities across key life domains, including communication, social interaction, learning, self-care and self-management. These assessments are designed to support NDIS plan reviews, change of circumstances requests and funding applications with clear, evidence-based documentation of functional impact and support needs

What's involved?
What to Expect
Every assessment follows a structured, thorough process designed to give you clear, reliable answers:
1. Intake Session ($300)
An initial session to gather background information, build rapport and confirm the assessment is the right fit. If you proceed with the assessment, this amount comes off your total assessment fee.
2. Assessment Sessions (2–4 sessions)
Direct testing with your child, teen or yourself using carefully selected, evidence-based tools. Sessions are tailored to the referral question and individual needs.
3. Analysis and Report Writing
All data is carefully analysed and integrated into a detailed diagnostic report (according to DSM 5 - TR criteria) by Gina Howland (Clinical Psychologist). Reports are typically completed within 3 weeks of receiving the final piece of information.
4. Feedback Session (approx. 2 hours)
A dedicated session to walk through the report findings, diagnostic conclusions and practical recommendations in detail. You will receive multiple copies of the finalised report.
