National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Changing Minds provides psychological services to existing NDIS participants. We work with self-managed and plan-managed clients.

Please note: We are not currently accepting new NDIS therapy clients.

We continue to provide high-quality, capacity-building support to our existing NDIS clients, including individual therapy sessions and functional capacity assessments.

Our NDIS Services Include:

• Individual therapy sessions (face-to-face)
• Functional capacity assessments
• NDIS review reports
• Progress reports aligned to NDIS domains
• Correspondence and liaison with support coordinators and plan manager

Fees:

Our NDIS session rate is in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. A service agreement will be provided prior to commencing services.
